Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 380 degrees, line your muffin tin
  2. In a small bowl add a little bit of warm water to the dried fruit mix and let the fruits plump.
  3. Once plumped, toss the fruit with the spice blend for the Spiced Oat Mix until evenly coated.
  4. Add fruits and spice to the oats.
  5. In a medium bowl mix 1/4 teaspoon with 1 tablespoon unsweetened almond milk. Stir to combine.
  6. Add the rest of the wet ingredients to the stevia and combine thoroughly, using a spatula to smooth out any lumps.
  7. Add the wet ingredients to the oats, fruit and spices. Stir gently to combine.
  8. Scoop mixture into the prepared tin and bake at 380 degrees for 21 minutes.

If you have any leftover muffins, they store best in the refrigerator.  Enjoy!
