Instructions
  1. Oil a loaf pan (or place parchment around all the surfaces), and preheat your oven to 400º.
  2. Make your Tapenade (www.glufreegan.com/recipes/tapenade/...)
  3. In a mixing bowl, mix together water, vinegar & tapenade (set aside)
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together Easy Bread Mix and salt. Then add chopped olives & garlic to dry mix and stir around until the olives are coated with dry mix.
  5. Add wet ingredients to dry and gently combine, just to get all the dry ingredients wet.
  6. Immediately, pour all the dough into the loaf pan. Decorate the top with whole olives.
  7. Bake for approximately 55 minutes in 400º oven. The internal temperature of the loaf should reach 200º (use a probe thermometer if you have it). The top should turn golden brown.
