Preheat oven to 375 degrees and grease your doughnut mold
In a medium bowl combine the coconut milk, oil and vanilla extract.
Add the Chocolate Baking Mix and stir until just combined.
Pour into the prepared doughnut mold and bake for 20 minutes
While the doughnuts are baking, make the orange glaze by whisking the powdered sugar, coconut milk and orange extract until smooth. Add food coloring slowly, until you achieve the orange color you like. In a separate bowl combine the cocoa powder and maple syrup to make the chocolate glaze.
When the doughnuts are done, remove from the oven and let cool completely before dipping the top of the doughnuts in the orange glaze. While the glaze is still wet, drizzle the tops with additional orange and chocolate glaze.
