Vegan Parmesan and Basil Bread

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and grease a loaf pan
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the wet ingredients and add the chopped basil and tomatoes.
  3. In a separate bowl combine the nutritional yeast and Easy Bread Mix.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients with as few strokes as possible so that the bread rises nicely.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake 55-60 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Let cool completely before slicing.
