This glazing is very simple and makes a cake feel complete without adding sugary topping stacked high.

Instructions
  1. 1. In mixing bowl place Earth Balance Buttery Spread & coconut milk
  2. Cream together with hand mixer or stand mixer
  3. Add the powdered sugar and continue to mix until well combined and you have a thickened texture that runs off a spoon. If the mixture is too thin for your application, add more powdered sugar.
  4. Drizzle over your cakes, cookies, sweet bread, etc. while the glaze is still room temperature. (Use a piping bag & tip or a small ziplock bag with the corner cut out, or simply let it drizzle off the end of a spoon)
  5. Serve or refrigerate immediately so that the glaze doesn’t fall off the cake.
