1. In mixing bowl place Earth Balance Buttery Spread & coconut milk
Cream together with hand mixer or stand mixer
Add the powdered sugar and continue to mix until well combined and you have a thickened texture that runs off a spoon. If the mixture is too thin for your application, add more powdered sugar.
Drizzle over your cakes, cookies, sweet bread, etc. while the glaze is still room temperature. (Use a piping bag & tip or a small ziplock bag with the corner cut out, or simply let it drizzle off the end of a spoon)
Serve or refrigerate immediately so that the glaze doesn’t fall off the cake.
Ready to eat in about an hour (or 15 minutes if you are really hungry 🙂 Enjoy!!
