Instructions
  1. Soak the dates in water to plump. Drain well
  2. Add the Spiced Oats Mix to the food processor and lightly pulse to break down the oats, nuts and dried fruit.
  3. Add drained dates to the food processor and pulse until the mixture begins to come together.
  4. Add peanut butter and mix until combined.
  5. Using kitchen gloves or oiled hands, roll the mixture into 1 inch balls.
  6. Freeze for 1 hour and serve at room temperature.

These are great even if you aren't in a rush!  Enjoy at home with a cup of coffee too.
