Instructions
Herbed Bread
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl combine the water, oil, and vinegar.
  3. In a medium mixing bowl combine the bread mix, Italian seasoning, and salt.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix gently and quickly.
  5. Pour into the prepared loaf pan and bake 50-60 minutes until the bread reaches an internal temperature of 200 degrees.
  6. Let cool before removing from the pan.
Stuffing
  1. Once the bread is cool, chop into 1/2" pieces and set aside to dry for a few hours.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan and add the chopped onions, celery and carrots. Cook, stirring occasionally until the onions begin to turn translucent, 7-9 minutes.
  4. Add the spices and cook for 2-3 minutes until the spices become fragrant. Add the vegetable stock, bring to a simmer.
  5. Add vegetables and stock to the cubed bread and stir to combine.
  6. Place stuffing in a casserole dish and bake, covered for 30 minutes, and then uncovered for 15 minutes.
