Instructions
  1. In mixing bowl cream together with hand (or stand) mixer the buttery spread (or Coconut Oil if avoiding corn), raspberry jam & vanilla extract
  2. Add the powdered sugar slowly (no more than 1/3 cup at a time) and continue to mix until well combined.
  3. Adjust consistency if you want it more playable, add a bit of buttery spread. For a stiffer frosting, add more powdered sugar.
Recipe Notes

If using this to dress up your Lemon Almond Biscotti, you don't need it to be too stiff. Just schmear it on with a knife or a basting brush, then dip in finely chopped almonds. Yum!
