Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the wet ingredients, stir quickly to emulsify.
  2. Pour the mix from the package directly into the bowl with the wet ingredients. Combine using as few strokes as possible. - Don't Dawdle.
  3. Let the batter stand for 8-10 minutes.
  4. Spoon 1/4 cup of batter onto a lightly oiled 350 degree griddle or frying pan.
  5. Sprinkle chopped pecans onto the pancakes
  6. Brown both sides, flipping when the edges start to dry and bubbles burst.
