No Bake Granola Bars
These no bake granola bars have all the spice of a cinnamon roll without all of the sugar and regrets!

  1. In a food processor, process the dates until they form a paste.
  2. Add in sun butter, tahini and 2 Tbs of water. Process for another 30-60 seconds until it comes together as a dough. If it remains crumbly, add the remaining water a bit at a time until it comes together.
  3. Add in the spices and oats from the Spiced Oats Mix. Process until just combined, leaving some of the oats whole. If you want, you can also add the package of pecans and almonds from the Spiced Oats Mix during this step.
  4. Line a 9×13 baking dish with the oat and date mixture. Top with another sheet of parchment paper and flatten with the bottom of a heavy measuring cup. Leave in fridge for an hour before slicing and serving. These bars keep for several days in the fridge in a sealed container.
