Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
In a medium bowl combine the wet ingredients.
Add Cherry Vanilla Baking Mix to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
Form 15 gram balls of dough between your hands to make an egg shape. This is approximately one tablespoon of dough. Making eggs this size yields approximately 24 cookies. When baked the cookies will be crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside. Slightly smaller cookies (10 grams of dough) yields 36 cookies and they will be very crunchy.
If making larger cookies, bake for 12 minutes, if making smaller cookies bake for 10-11 minutes, until slightly browned.
Immediately out of the oven, dredge the cookies in your colored powder sugar (directions below). Allow cookies to cool and then dredge the cookies a second time in the sugar before serving.
Divide the sugar between 3 bowls.
For Yellow Sugar mix 1/2 teaspoon turmeric with 1/2 cup powdered sugar.
For Green Sugar mix 1/2 teaspoon spirulina powder with 1/2 cup powdered sugar
For Brown Sugar mix 1/2 teaspoon cocoa powder with 1/2 cup powdered sugar
After the first dredging you can adjust your colored sugars if you want a more or less vibrant color.
