Instructions
  1. Oil a loaf pan (or place parchment around all the surfaces), and preheat your oven to 400º.
  2. In a small sauce-pan, heat the buttery spread, 1 Tablespoon cinnamon & 1/4 cup butter until melted and stirred together. Keep warm while you work on the rest of the loaf.
  3. In a mixing bowl, mix together water & vinegar (set aside)
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together Easy Bread Mix, 2 Tablespoons of cinnamon & 1/2 cup of sugar until thoroughly mixed.
  5. Add wet ingredients to dry and gently combine, just to get all the dry ingredients wet. (you will need to work quickly and gently to build the loaf)
  6. Pour 1/2 of the dough into the loaf pan (pour it out of the bowl, don't scoop or you might knock the air out of it)
  7. Pour most of the melted cinnamon butter on top. (try to keep it so the edges don't get covered with the buttery sauce - spread in the center if possible)
  8. Gently pour the other 1/2 of the dough into the loaf pan.
  9. Top with the rest of the buttery cinnamon.
  10. Carefully drag a knife through the dough to create a swirl
  11. Bake for approximately 50 minutes in 375º oven. The internal temperature of the loaf should reach 200º (use a probe thermometer if you have it). The top should turn a nice brown.
