Gluten free, vegan, cinnamon muffins topped with plums served on a white plate.
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and put liners in your cupcake pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix Cinnamon Dexscotti™ with the chopped plum so that the fruit is dusted with the dry mix.
  3. In a medium bowl combine wet ingredients.
  4. Gently combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients.
  5. Scoop cupcake mix into prepared tin. Gently press one slice of plum into the top of each cupcake.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
