Ingredients
- 1 package Cinnamon Dexscotti™ Baking Mix
- 1 cup organic unsweetened applesauce
- 1 teaspoon organic vanilla extract
- 1 cup organic unsweetened almond milk
- 2 organic plums 1 plum peeled and chopped, 1 plum thinly sliced

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and put liners in your cupcake pan.
- In a large bowl, mix Cinnamon Dexscotti™ with the chopped plum so that the fruit is dusted with the dry mix.
- In a medium bowl combine wet ingredients.
- Gently combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients.
- Scoop cupcake mix into prepared tin. Gently press one slice of plum into the top of each cupcake.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
