Chocolate-Covered Biscotti Dip

Instructions
  1. Put your double boiler. Put about 1 to 2 inches of water in the bottom pan, and put the pan on the stove on medium heat. Make sure that the bottom of the top pan will not be touching the water when it is inserted into the bottom pan. (If you don’t have a double boiler, no worries, a pot with a bit of water in the bottom and a stainless steel bowl on top will do) Place chocolate in top pan/bowl and allow to melt - DO NOT COVER - You don’t want any steam or water getting in your chocolate.
  2. Once melted, transfer to a warm bowl or flat dish in order to dip your biscotti
  3. Sprinkle with chopped nuts or shredded coconut and lay on a plate or cookie sheet lined with a piece of parchment.
  4. Refrigerate to set the chocolate.
