These granola bars make a great on the go snack, and unlike most commercial granola bars, these aren't total sugar bombs!

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees and line a 7x11 brownie pan with parchment. Give yourself a little extra parchment on the long sides to help lift the granola bars out when they're done.
  2. In a large bowl mix the wet ingredients with the salt and the spice mix from the Spiced Oat Mix.
  3. Add the oats, nuts and dried fruit from the Spiced Oat Mix and stir to combine.
  4. Pour into the prepared pan and press down with a parchment covered cutting board. Bake at least 20 min. When done, press down again while still hot. Let cool completely before slicing.
