Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease 2 6" round pans, or 1 8-9" cake (if making one larger cake, bake for 10 extra minutes).
In a mixing bowl combine the wet ingredients.
Add the Lemon Almond Baking Mix and ground cardamom and stir until just combined.
Divide batter evenly into the 2 prepared cake pans (or one larger cake pan) and bake for 30 minutes (40 minutes if baking larger cake). Cake is done when the top is golden brown and firm to the touch in the center.
While the cake is baking, combine the powdered sugar, vegan milk and vanilla extract to create a thick glaze.
When the cake is completely cool, pour glaze over the top and sprinkle with pecans.
