  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a loaf pan
  2. In a mixing bowl combine the wet ingredients with black beans, cilantro, onion, pepper, and minced garlic.
  3. Add Easy Bread Mix, nutritional yeast, garlic powder and salt, and mix until just combined.
  4. Pour into prepared loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Increase the heat to 375 degrees and bake for an additional 35-40 minutes.
  5. Allow the bread to cool completely before slicing.
