- Quinoa Flour – This high protein grain (actually a seed) flour is considered to have a positive impact on weight and energy management6. Quinoa’s anti-inflammatory nutrients also make it a great addition to a heart-healthy diet.
- Coconut Flour -high in fiber, protein, and healthy fats, coconut flour helps maintain healthy blood sugar levels and proper digestion.
- Millet Flour -rich in nutrients, vitamins, and minerals, helps to reduce the risk of high blood pressure, heart attack or stroke. One of the effects of millet is that it reduces the risk of type 2 diabetes7.
