Ingredients

Spiced Oats Mix (w/fruit & nuts)

ALL GLUTEN FREE & VEGAN Ingredients: Whole grain extra thick gluten-free rolled oats, raisins*, dried Turkish apricots* (unsulfured), pecans, almonds, cinnamon*, ginger*, cardamom*, allspice*, nutmeg* Gobs of Unconditional Love*

Cooking Directions

Directions: (package=8 servings)

1. Put spices in pan on low heat for a minute

2. Add 3 cups of water & dried fruit, bring to a boil

3. Stir in Oats, return to boil

4. Reduce heat to simmer 7-10 minutes (or until water absorbed); stir occasionally. Add nuts toward the end or use as a garnish.

5. Scoop approx. 1/2 cup of Spiced Oats in each bowl.

6. Serve hot, Enjoy and make lots of yummy sounds!
